• MyCellHub processes the personal data that are necessary for the execution of the agreements that MyCellHub concludes with its customers, its suppliers and its employees/trainees.
• MyCellHub processes personal data that are necessary to comply with certain legal obligations.
• MyCellHub processes personal data only if you have given your explicit permission to do so.
• MyCellHub processes personal data relating to applicants in the context of the application procedure.

3.WHAT PERSONAL DATA DOES THE MYCELLHUB PROCESS?

By using the contact form on our website, you also leave personal data with us. MyCellHub only stores and uses this personal data that you provide directly to MyCellHub, within the framework of the service you have requested, or where it is clear at the time of submission that they will be provided to MyCellHub in order to be processed.

MyCellHub only processes the personal data that are necessary for the purposes listed under number 2.

More specifically, it concerns the following personal data:

• Personal identity data, such as surname, first name, address, telephone number and mobile phone number, email address, content of e-mails and/or letters, preferred language, company affiliation, website
• Financial data such as invoices and project proposals

MyCellHub can pass on the personal data you provide to third parties, but only if this is necessary for the execution of the purposes described above.

• If this is necessary for the execution of the agreements that MyCellHub concludes with its (prospective) customers, employees and suppliers:
  • Certain personal data must be transferred to third parties who assist MyCellHub in the delivery of its services and this within the framework of the agreement.
  • The personal data of suppliers or employees can be communicated to certain government authorities in the context of taxation.
  • The personal details of employees are shared with external contractors such as the social secretariat.

MyCellHub ensures that your personal data will be processed safely and with due care.

Every person who works at MyCellHub is obliged to respect the confidentiality of your data.

5.HOW LONG WILL THE PERSONAL DATA BE KEPT?

The personal data that MyCellHub processes within the framework of the execution of the agreement with its customers, suppliers and employees/trainees are stored by MyCellHub during the term of the cooperation and, after the cooperation, for a period during which one of the contracting parties can file a legal claim against the other.

Other personal data will not be kept longer than necessary if no agreement is reached.

6.HOW DOES MYCELLHUB PROTECT THE PERSONAL DATA?

MyCellHub takes appropriate security measures to limit the misuse of and unauthorized access to your personal data. MyCellHub ensures that only authorised persons have access to the data, that access to the data is protected and that the security measures are checked regularly.

Our work on security and privacy efforts does not have an end; it's a continuous cycle of researching, revising, implementing, testing, fixing, scaling, blocking, and permissioning. We are constantly working to meet and exceed what is asked of us from regulators, investors, partners, and users, and we collectively optimize the security processes on a daily basis.All of our services run in cloud environments. We don’t host or run our own routers, load balancers, DNS servers, or physical servers. Cloud providers we use regularly undergo independent verification of security, privacy, and compliance controls.If you discover vulnerabilities in our application or infrastructure, we ask that you alert our team by contacting security@mycellhub.com please include a proof of concept in your email. We will respond as quickly as possible to your submission.

‍General Information Security Policy
Company management is committed to continuously improve ISMS controls and efforts with appropriate human, technical, and procedural support, as well as ensuring that all required elements are met to establish, implement, maintain, and continually improve the ISMS.Protect MyCellHub’s informational and IT assets (including but not limited to all computers, mobile devices, networking equipment, software and sensitive data) against all internal, external, deliberate or accidental threats and to mitigate the risks associated with the theft, loss, misuse, damage or abuse of these systems;

‍Ensure information will be protected against any unauthorized access. Users shall only have access to resources that they have been specifically authorized to access. The allocation of privileges shall be strictly controlled and reviewed regularly.

‍Protect CONFIDENTIALITY of information. When we talk about confidentiality of information, we are talking about protecting the information from disclosure to unauthorized parties;

‍Ensure INTEGRITY of information. Integrity of information refers to protecting information from being modified by unauthorized parties;

‍Maintain AVAILABILITY of information for business processes. Availability of information refers to ensuring that authorized parties can access the information when needed.

‍Comply with and, wherever possible, exceed, national legislative and regulatory requirements, standards and best practices;

‍Develop, Maintain and Test business continuity plans to ensure we stay on course despite all obstacles that we may come across. It is about “keeping calm and carrying on!”;

‍Raise awareness of information security by making information security training available for all Employees. Security awareness and targeted training shall be conducted consistently, security responsibilities reflected in job descriptions, and compliance with security requirements shall be expected and accepted as a part of our culture;

‍Ensure that no action will be taken against any employee who discloses an information security concern through reporting or in direct contact with Information Security Management Leader, unless such disclosure indicates, beyond any reasonable doubt, an illegal act, gross negligence, or a repetitive deliberate or willful disregard for regulations or procedures;
