Your job
You actively take part in the company’s sales and marketing strategy together with the Sales Manager and Co-founders. 
As a key player in the outbound sales channel, you are responsible for locating and developing successful business relationships with Production Managers and C-level executives. As such, an important aspect of your work consists of prospecting for new business, identifying sales leads from different sources and tracking down new clients. 
Another lies in defining and executing successful digital marketing action plans to raise awareness and support outbound sales activities. As such, you help plan and execute web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and advertising campaigns. You design, build, and maintain our social media presence, and help measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns. 
You also take part in the events MyCellHub participates in across Europe, to meet with prospects and develop your business network on an international level. 
Your profile 
Highly motivated by sales, you demonstrate a relevant 2+ years’ experience in BtoB solution sales and business development, ideally within the healthcare/pharma/biotech industry (although not compulsory). You have demonstrable experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing campaigns, optimising landing pages and user funnels. 
You are fluent in English, ideally also speak other European languages and communicate effectively.
You show solid prospecting skills and strong presentation/communications skills. You have the capacity to screen potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.
You are a genuinely enthusiastic, passionate individual. Self-motivated and self-organised, you are result-driven and meet deadlines.

We’re looking for a hands-on Project engineer. Your role is to manage the implementation of customer projects and ensure their success. You will be part of a young and fast growing team, exposed to a versatile and impactful industry within an international environment.

Your tasks

  • Manage customer projects, from defining the user requirements to the final implementation
  • Design and build data structures, process flows and analytics with the MyCellHub software tools that fit the user requirements
  • Help to onboard users on the platform that you configured for them. This includes training and support in the validation of the software.
  • Collect customer feedback and collaborate with the development team to design new functionalities for the platform

Your skills

  • Master’s degree in Science or related.
  • With your interdisciplinary background or keen interest in (e.g. bioengineering, development, GMP manufacturing, project management), you are able to understand the pains of our customers and figure out how exactly our software can help them.
  • You have experience with programming/scripting language(s) that will help you design data capturing workflows and analytics
  • You have an affinity with regulated industries like biotech, pharma or healthcare.
  • You enjoy interacting with customers and you solve problems hands-on
  • You communicate fluently in English. Any other languages are a plus.
  • You are passionate about what you do, and feel a sense of pride in what you deliver, both in terms of value and quality.
